Color coated coil( Coloured PPGI/PPGL ) is hot galvanized plate, hot galvanized aluminum zinc plate, galvanized plate and other substrates, the surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), on the surface coated with a layer or several layers of organic coating, and then after baking curing products. Because coated with a variety of different colors of organic paint color steel coil plate named, referred to as color coated coil. The use of hot dip galvanized steel strip as the base material of color coating steel strip in addition to the zinc layer service life is longer than galvanized strip, about 1.5 times. protection the zinc layer of the organic coating to cover and protect the rust of the steel strip.

  We can print your own logo on the top/ back of the steel coils/sheets/ tiles as requirement. If need sample design or pictures, we can send for reference.

2.Can you advice what is the lifespan of your steel coil? 
   YES!
   The lifespan depends on the quality ( The zinc coating & paint coating of the steel coil). 
   Normally we have lifespan of 3 years, 5 years, 7 years, 10 years, 15 years and 20 years. 

3.Except standard export package, do you have special package for the steel coil? 
   YES!
   We can offer colorful package, vertical package with pallet, horizontal package with pallet. 

4.Is special coil weight available? 
  YES!
  Normally the coil weight is 3-5Tons.
  If need small coil max 3tons, we can do. No problem. 
  If need big coil like 5-7tons, or 7-9tons, also okay for us. 

5.In case of any quality problem, will you give compensation ? 
   YES!
          If the goods was proofed to have quality problem by picture/video/test report, we will discuss with the customer friendly and pay compensation by same amount money or cargo accordingly.
