Our premium prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted using high-quality galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) as the base material. Through a rigorous pretreatment process, which includes intricate surface cleaning, comprehensive degreasing, advanced composite oxidation, and precise passivation, the surface is expertly prepared. This preparation is followed by a meticulous coating with PE, and further enhanced with SMP and PVDF paints, culminating in a beautifully baked and solidified finish. These coils are exceptionally durable and resilient, making them ideal for corrosive environments and coastal regions.

Substrate Type
