Our Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coils utilize high-quality galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) steel coils as their foundational raw materials. The meticulous pretreatment process ensures a pristine surface by removing impurities through cleaning, degreasing, and composite oxidation and passivation treatments. Following this, the surface is adorned with PE coating. Subsequently, SMP and PVDF paints are expertly baked and solidified, rendering these coils particularly suitable for deployment in corrosive and coastal regions.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Renowned for its exceptional impact performance, as well as superior elongation and yield values, this substrate garners high praise across construction, decoration, and numerous industry applications for our color steel sheets.
2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: This substrate shares a similar process with hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, with notable differences in zinc layer content and zinc flower phenomenon. It boasts enhanced weather resistance and longevity compared to galvanized steel, without significant differences in other respects.
3: Aluminum: Highly sought after for specialized industries due to its inherent high cost, aluminum is preferred for applications in refrigeration, insulation, poisoning, and sterilization. Its impact performance is exceptional, accommodating both tangible and intangible impacts with remarkable bending capacity.
4. Cold rolled sheet: Although not annealed, this sheet serves as a precursor to both galvanized and aluminum zinc-plated steel, characterized by low impact performance and high material hardness. Despite its very low yield value and elongation, it excels in welding performance.
