PPGI Roofing Sheet is crafted from PPGI Coil PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil) is also known as pre-coated or color-coated steel. It is created from galvanized steel coil, then treated with surface pretreatment, followed by one or more layers of organic coatings which are then baked and solidified. This color-coated steel is lightweight, visually appealing, and offers superior anti-corrosion properties. It is suitable for direct processing, available in a variety of colors, and can also be customized to meet specific needs.

BOMIS is a leading supplier of prepainted steel coils in Shandong Province, China. We offer a full spectrum of RAL colors and can produce special patterns such as wood grain, floral prints, camouflage, and brick. Our manufacturing capabilities include thicknesses from 0.1 to 2.0 mm and widths from 600 to 1250 mm. Our color painting options include PE, SMP, and PVDF to cater to diverse customer requirements. We provide both commercial steel (CS Types A, B, and C) and structural steel (SS). Our paint selections include Polyester, Silicone Modified Polyester, and Polyvinylidene Difluoride.

Coating Types: Polyester Resin (PE), Silicone-Modified Polyester Resin (SMP), and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF). Performance characteristics and applications: PE boards offer high corrosion resistance, with a lifespan of 5-7 months, suitable for steel building roofs, walls, and structural components. SMP coatings provide better corrosion resistance than standard polyester products, with a lifespan of about 10 months, and are ideal for roofs, walls, and structural parts. PVDF coatings offer exceptional corrosion resistance, with a lifespan of 15-20 months, making them suitable for structural buildings.

We collaborate with AkzoNobel , Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, and Aoboli. We are the official cooperative factory of AkzoNobel.
