PPGI Roofing Sheet is crafted from PPGI Coil PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil), also known as pre-coated or color-coated steel, is a product derived from a galvanized steel coil. After surface pretreatment, one or multiple layers of organic coating are applied, baked, and solidified. This results in a lightweight, visually appealing product with excellent anti-corrosion properties, ready for direct processing. Available in a myriad of colors, with customization options.

Our product specifications include a thickness range of 0.1-2.0 mm and width from 600-1250 mm, with color painting options such as PE, SMP, and PVDF to meet diverse customer needs. Our offerings include Commercial Steel (CS Types A, B, and C) and Structural Steel (SS). We use premium paints like Polyester, Silicone Modified Polyester, and Polyvinylidene Difluoride for customized selections.

Coating Type: Polyester Resin (PE), Silicone-Modified Polyester Resin (SMP), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF). Performance and Uses: PE boards offer high corrosion resistance and a lifespan of 5-7 months, suitable for steel building roofs, walls, and structural components. SMP coatings provide improved corrosion resistance and a lifespan of about 10 months, ideal for structural buildings, steel windows, and automobiles. PVDF coatings exhibit exceptional corrosion resistance and a lifespan of 15-20 months, suitable for structural building applications.

We collaborate with AkzoNobel , Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, and Aoboli. As an official cooperative factory of AkzoNobel, we offer paint warranties of 10 and 15 years respectively, ensuring no peeling, cracking, or crazing, with warranty letters issued by AkzoNobel.
