Galvalume Corrugated Steel Roofing Sheet Is Made Of Galvalume Coil, Galvalume Steel Coil Aluminum-Zinc Plated Steel Sheets Have A Characteristic Smooth, Flat And Ornate Starburst Surface With A Silvery-White Base Color. The Coating Composition Consists Of 55% Aluminum, 43.4% Zinc And 1.6% Silicon By Weight.
The Production Process Of Al-Zinc Plated Steel Sheet Is Similar To That Of Galvanized And Aluminized Steel Sheet, Which Is A Continuous Melt Coating Process. 55% Al-Zinc Alloy Coated Al-Zinc Plated Steel Sheet Has Superior Corrosion Resistance Compared To Galvanized Steel Sheet Of The Same Thickness When Exposed To The Same Environment On Both Sides. 55% Al-Zinc Alloy Coated Al-Zinc Plated Steel Sheet Not Only Has Good Corrosion Resistance, But Also Has Excellent Adhesion And Flexibility.
