The coating composition is meticulously engineered, comprising 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production process mirrors that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, utilizing a continuous melt coating technique. The 55% Al-Zinc alloy coating ensures exceptional corrosion resistance, outperforming galvanized steel sheets of the same thickness under identical environmental conditions.
