The hot-rolled steel coil, crafted from either continuous casting slab or blooming slab, is meticulously heated using a walking furnace. A high-pressure water descaling process ensures the material is pristine before it enters the rough rolling mill. Through controlled rolling and computer-regulated laminar cooling, the final rolling is achieved, ultimately coiling into a straight hair coil.
