PPGI Roofing Sheet is crafted from PPGI COIL PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil), also recognized as pre-coated or color coated steel, is produced from galvanized steel coil. Following surface pretreatment, it receives one or multiple layers of organic coating on its surface, which are then baked and solidified. This color-coated steel is not only lightweight and aesthetically pleasing but also offers excellent anti-corrosion properties, allowing for direct processing. Available in a variety of colors, customization options are also feasible.

Our manufacturing capabilities include thicknesses from 0.1-2.0 mm and widths from 600-1250 mm. The color painting options available encompass PE, SMP, and PVDF to cater to diverse customer requirements. We provide both commercial steel (CS Types A, B, and C) and structural steel (SS). Our paint options include Polyester, Silicone Modified Polyester, and Polyvinylidene Difluoride for customer selection.
Coating types include: Polyester resin (PE), Silicone-modified polyester resin (SMP), and Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). Performance characteristics and uses: PE boards offer high corrosion resistance on the surface and cuts, with a lifespan of approximately 5-7 months. They are generally decorative, suited for steel building roofs, walls, and structural components. SMP coatings provide better corrosion resistance than ordinary polyester products, especially at cut edges, with a coating life of about 10 months. These are commonly used for roofs, walls, structural parts, steel windows, and automobiles. PVDF color plates exhibit excellent corrosion resistance, with a coating lifespan of 15-20 months, making them suitable for roofs, walls, and structural components in buildings.
We collaborate with AkzoNobel , Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, and Aoboli. We are the official cooperative factory of AkzoNobel. Based on varying quality requirements, we offer paint warranties of 10 years and 15 years respectively. Our products ensure no peeling, crazing, or cracking, with an official warranty letter issued by AkzoNobel.
