PPGI Roofing Sheet is made of PPGI Coil PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil), also referred to as pre-coated or color-coated steel, is produced from galvanized steel coil. Post surface pretreatment, one or several layers of organic coating are applied and then baked and solidified. This results in a product that is lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and possesses excellent anti-corrosion properties, ready for direct processing. Available in a variety of colors, customization is also an option.

BOMIS, a professional prepainted steel coil supplier based in Shandong, China, offers a wide range of RAL colors and special patterns. These include wood grain, floral prints, camouflage, and brick designs. We manufacture coils with a thickness range of 0.1-2.0 mm and a width of 600-1250 mm. Our color painting options include PE, SMP, and PVDF coatings to cater to diverse customer needs. We provide both commercial steel (CS Types A, B, and C) and structural steel (SS). Performance Characteristics and Uses: PE coated boards offer high corrosion resistance on the surface and cuts, with a lifespan of 5-7 months, making them suitable for steel building roofs, walls, and structural components; SMP coated color plates provide better corrosion resistance than standard polyester products, with a lifespan of about 10 months, suitable for roofs, walls, structural parts, steel windows, and automobiles; PVDF coated color plates exhibit excellent corrosion resistance with a coating lifespan of 15-20 months, ideal for roofs, walls, and structural parts of buildings.

We collaborate with AkzoNobel Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, and Aoboli, and are an official cooperative factory of AkzoNobel. Depending on the quality requirements of our clients, we offer paint warranties of 10 and 15 years respectively, guaranteeing no peel-off, no craze, and no cracks, along with an issued warranty letter from AkzoNobel.
