Our premium prepainted galvalume steel coils utilize high-quality galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) steel as the foundational raw material. Through meticulous pretreatment processes, where the surface is thoroughly cleansed to eliminate impurities and undergoes composite oxidation and passivation, the steel is then elegantly coated with PE. Subsequently, sophisticated SMP and PVDF paints are applied, baked, and solidified, ensuring these coils are perfect for use in corrosive and coastal environments.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: This substrate boasts excellent impact performance, elongation, and yield value, making it a top choice in the construction and decoration industries, receiving sterling evaluations for its color steel sheet production.
2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: While the process mirrors that of the hot-dip galvanized steel, the zinc layer's surface content distinguishes it. Notably different in zinc flower phenomena, this substrate excels in weather resistance and longevity over its galvanized counterpart.
3: Aluminum: Renowned for its unparalleled advantages in niche industries, aluminum, despite its higher cost, is vital for specialized applications such as refrigeration, insulation, and sterilization. Its superior impact performance, both tangible and intangible, and remarkable bending capacity stand out.
4. Cold rolled sheet: Known as a predecessor to galvanized and aluminum zinc-plated steel, this non-annealed steel presents low impact performance and high material hardness. Although its yield and elongation values are low, its welding performance remains commendable.
