Our high-quality Aluzinc Steel Aluminum-Zinc Coils feature a sleek, smooth, and decorative starburst finish with a striking silvery-white hue. The unique coating composition comprises 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. The manufacturing process mirrors that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, employing a state-of-the-art continuous melt coating technique. This 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated steel offers exceptional corrosion resistance, outperforming galvanized steel of identical thickness in comparable environmental conditions on both sides.

We collaborate with industry leaders such as AkzoNobel, Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, and Aoboli. As an official partner of AkzoNobel, we tailor our products to meet diverse quality requirements from our clients, offering paint warranties of 10 and 15 years respectively. Our coatings are guaranteed to resist peeling, cracking, and crazing, backed by a warranty letter from AkzoNobel.
