Through a meticulous pretreatment process—spanning surface cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation—each surface is impeccably prepared before receiving a durable PE coating. Successive applications of SMP and PVDF paint are then baked to perfection, solidifying their resilience. These coils are ideally suited for corrosive and coastal environments, offering unparalleled durability, weather resistance, and long-lasting performance.
