Our premium prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted using the finest galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) as the core material. The coils undergo a meticulous pretreatment process—comprising surface cleaning, expert degreasing, composite oxidation, and high-grade passivation—ensuring the surface is perfectly primed. This results in a flawless PE coating, followed by superior SMP and PVDF paint layers, which are then expertly baked and solidified to absolute perfection. These coils are ideally suited for harsh environments, including corrosive and coastal areas, where they demonstrate unparalleled durability and resilience.

2.
