Introducing our prepainted galvalume steel coils, crafted with premium galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) steel as the foundational material. Through meticulous pretreatment, impurities are removed, followed by degreasing, oxidation, and passivation. The surface is then expertly coated with PE, SMP, or PVDF paint, baked to perfection for a robust finish. This superior product is perfectly suited for challenging environments, including corrosive and coastal areas.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: This substrate is renowned for its excellent impact resistance, elongation, and yield value. It has earned high praises across construction, decoration, and various other industries, owing to its outstanding performance.
2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: This substrate shares a similar manufacturing process with hot-dip galvanized steel, differing mainly in zinc content and surface appearance. It offers superior weather resistance and longevity compared to galvanized steel.
3. Aluminum: Aluminum is prized in specialized industries for its exceptional properties. Though costly, its use is justified in applications like refrigeration, insulation, and sterilization. Aluminum boasts excellent impact performance, capable of withstanding both tangible and intangible forces.
4. Cold rolled sheet: This material serves as the precursor to galvanized and aluminum zinc-plated steels. While it has low impact performance and high hardness, it offers commendable welding capabilities with minimal yield and elongation.
