Comprising 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight, this advanced coating offers unparalleled protection. The manufacturing process mirrors that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, utilizing a continuous melt coating method. This 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated steel sheet surpasses galvanized steel in corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity and durability even in the harshest environments.
