Galvanized Steel Coil is meticulously crafted to prevent corrosion on the steel surface, significantly extending its service life. This is achieved by coating the steel plate with a layer of metallic zinc through a continuous hot-dip process using cold-rolled steel coil substrates. This method ensures a robust iron-zinc alloy bonding layer is formed by diffusion while the heated steel strip interacts with molten zinc. However, a notable drawback of galvanized steel is that if the zinc coating isscratched off, the steel beneath is exposed and vulnerable, risking failure.Despite this, its excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability, thanks to the inherent properties of zinc, make it a superior choice.
Based on surface zinc spangle, galvanized coils are classified into those with spangle and those without, catering to various aesthetic and application needs.

The production and processing of our galvanized steel coils are meticulously divided into three integral steps: Initially, the entire coil undergoes a thorough pickling process to effectively remove rust and dirt, ensuring the surface of the galvanized steel strip achieves a pristine, luminous finish. Following this, the coil is immersed in an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride, or a combined solution of both. This is a crucial cleaning phase before the coil is sent to the hot-dip plating tank for the galvanizing process. After the premium galvanizing process is completed, the coils are ready for storage and packaging, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and durability.
