Composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight, these coils ensure superior durability. The Al-Zinc plated steel sheet production mirrors that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, utilizing a continuous melt coating process. Compared to galvanized steel sheets of the same thickness, our 55% Al-Zinc alloy-coated sheets offer exceptional corrosion resistance, performing admirably under identical environmental conditions on both sides.
