Our Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coils are crafted using premium galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) as the foundational material. Through meticulous pretreatment, impurities are eradicated, and the material is degreased and subjected to composite oxidation and passivation. This ensures a pristine surface ready for coating. It is then enveloped in PE, SMP, and PVDF paint layers, baked to perfection for applications ideal in corrosive and coastal environments.
