PPGI Roofing Sheet is Made Of PPGI Coil PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil), also known as pre-coated or color-coated steel, is a product made from galvanized steel coil. After surface pretreatment, one or several layers of organic coating are applied, baked, and solidified. This results in a lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and highly anti-corrosive steel that can be directly processed. Available in a variety of colors, customization is also possible.

BOMIS is a leading supplier of prepainted steel coils, located in Shandong, China. We offer all RAL colors and special patterns such as wood grain, flower print, camouflage, and brick. Our products range in thickness from 0.1-2.0 mm and widths from 600-1250 mm. Color painting options include PE, SMP, and PVDF to cater to diverse customer needs. We provide commercial steel (CS Types A, B, and C) and structural steel (SS). We use Polyester, Silicone Modified Polyester, and Polyvinylidene Difluoride paints for our offerings.

Coating Type: Polyester Resin (PE), Silicone-Modified Polyester Resin (SMP), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF). Performance characteristics and uses: PE boards offer high cut corrosion resistance and a lifespan of 5-7 months, suitable for steel building roofs, walls, and structural components. SMP coatings provide better corrosion resistance than ordinary polyester products, with a lifespan of 10 months. PVDF color plates exhibit excellent corrosion resistance and a coating lifespan of 15-20 months, ideal for roofs, walls, and structural parts in buildings.

We Collaborate With AkzoNobel Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, and Aoboli. We are an official cooperative factory of AkzoNobel. Depending on client quality requirements, we offer paint warranties of 10 and 15 years respectively, ensuring no peel-off, no craze, no cracks, and issue warranty letters from AkzoNobel.
