PPGI Roofing Sheet is Made of High-Quality PPGI Coil PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil), also known as pre-coated steel or color-coated steel, is a premium product made from galvanized steel coil. Through meticulous surface pretreatment, one or more layers of organic coatings are applied, followed by baking and solidification. This results in a lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and highly corrosion-resistant material that can be directly processed. With a wide variety of colors available, customization is also an option.

Performance and Uses: PE boards offer high surface and cut corrosion resistance, generally lasting 5-7 months, suitable for steel building roofs, walls, and structural components. SMP-coated plates exceed ordinary polyester products in corrosion resistance and have a lifespan of about 10 months. They are ideal for structural buildings, steel windows, and automobiles. PVDF plates offer superior corrosion resistance with a lifespan of 15-20 months, perfect for roofs, walls, and structural parts of buildings.
