Our premium prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted using top-grade galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) as the base material. With an exhaustive pretreatment process—encompassing surface cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation—the surface is expertly primed before being layered with PE. This is succeeded by applications of SMP and PVDF coatings, which are then precisely baked and solidified to a flawless finish. Perfect for challenging environments like corrosive and coastal areas, these coils deliver unparalleled durability and robustness.

Substrate Type

1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Celebrated for its outstanding impact performance, elongation, and yield value, this substrate shines in both construction and decorative sectors, garnering praise for its dependability and efficacy.
