Galvalume Steel CoilOur aluminum-zinc plated steel sheets feature a distinctive, smooth, flat, and ornate starburst surface with a striking silvery-white base. The coating composition includes 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight, providing superior durability and aesthetic appeal. AFP Galvalume Coil This composite coated coil, enhanced with a fingerprint-resistant treatment, mirrors the production process of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets—a continuous melt coating process. The 55% Al-Zn alloy coated steel sheet excels in corrosion resistance compared to galvanized steel of the same thickness, offering impressive adhesion and flexibility.

Since its commercialization, users have been concerned about the corrosion of the cutting surface of 55% Al-Zn alloy coated steel sheets.
