PPGI Roofing Sheet is crafted from PPGI Coil PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil), also known as pre-coated or color-coated steel, is derived from galvanized steel coils. Through surface pretreatment, one or several layers of organic coatings are applied and then baked to solidify. This results in a lightweight product with a beautiful appearance and excellent anti-corrosion performance, which can be directly processed. Available in a variety of colors, customization options are also available.

BOMIS is a professional supplier of prepainted steel coils located in Shandong province, China. We provide all RAL colors and can create special patterns such as wood grain, floral prints, camouflage, and brick. Our manufacturing capabilities include a thickness range from 0.1-2.0 mm and a width range of 600-1250 mm. We offer color coatings including PE, SMP, and PVDF to meet diverse customer requirements. We supply both commercial steel (CS Types A, B, and C) and structural steel (SS). Customers can choose from Polyester, Silicone Modified Polyester, and Polyvinylidene Difluoride paints.

Coating Types: Polyester Resin (PE), Silicone-Modified Polyester Resin (SMP), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF). Coating performance characteristics and applications: PE-coated boards offer high corrosion resistance on the surface and cuts, with a lifespan of typically 5-7 months. They are generally decorative and suitable for steel building roofs, walls, and structural elements. SMP coatings provide better corrosion resistance than ordinary polyester products, with a coating lifespan of about 10 months. These are suitable for roofs, walls, and structural parts of buildings, steel windows, and automobiles. PVDF-coated boards offer excellent corrosion resistance, with a life expectancy of 15-20 months, and are suitable for roofs, walls, and structural parts of buildings.

We collaborate with AkzoNobel , Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, and Aoboli. We are an official cooperative factory of AkzoNobel. According to varying client quality requirements, we provide paint warranties of 10 years and 15 years respectively, ensuring no peeling, crazing, or cracking. We also issue a warranty letter from AkzoNobel.
