PPGI Roofing Sheet is crafted from PPGI Coil PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil), also known as pre-coated steel or color-coated steel, is manufactured from galvanized steel coil. After meticulous surface pretreatment, one or more layers of organic coating are applied, then baked and cured. The result is a lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and highly anti-corrosive steel product available in a variety of colors, with options for customization.

BOMIS is a leading supplier of prepainted steel coil in Shandong province, China. We offer a broad spectrum of RAL colors and can produce special patterns such as wood grain, floral prints, camouflage, and brick. Our products range in thickness from 0.1-2.0 mm and widths from 600-1250 mm, with color painting options including PE, SMP, and PVDF to cater to diverse customer requirements. We provide commercial steel (CS Types A, B, and C) and structural steel (SS) with a choice of Polyester, Silicone Modified Polyester, and Polyvinylidene Fluoride paints.

Coating Types: Polyester Resin (PE), Silicone-Modified Polyester Resin (SMP), and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF). Performance Characteristics and Uses: PE coatings offer high cut corrosion resistance and last 5-7 months, suitable for steel building roofs, walls, and structural components. SMP coatings provide superior corrosion resistance and a lifespan of around 10 months, ideal for roofs, walls, and structural parts of buildings, steel windows, and automobiles. PVDF coatings excel in corrosion resistance, with a lifespan of 15-20 months, suitable for roofs, walls, and structural parts of buildings.

We collaborate with AkzoNobel , Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, and Aoboli. As the official cooperative factory of AkzoNobel, we offer paint warranties of 10 and 15 years respectively, ensuring no peeling, crazing, or cracking, backed by a warranty letter from AkzoNobel.
