Galvalume Steel CoilOur aluminum-zinc plated steel sheets feature a distinctive, smooth, and flat starburst pattern on a silvery-white background. The coating comprises 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight, ensuring optimal performance and durability. AFP Galvalume Coil This composite coated coil, treated to resist fingerprints, is produced through a continuous melt coating process similar to that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets. With 55% Al-Zinc coating, our steel sheet offers superior corrosion resistance compared to similar thickness galvanized sheets when exposed to equivalent environments on both sides. Besides corrosion resistance, it also excels in adhesion and flexibility.

Since the introduction of the 55% Al-Zn alloy coated Al-Zn steel sheet, concerns about the corrosion of cut surfaces have been prominent. Nevertheless, over 15 months of testing in various environments have validated its exceptional corrosion resistance, effectively alleviating user concerns.
