Our prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted using premium galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20 -275gsm) steel coils as the foundational raw material. Through meticulous pretreatment, including impurity removal, degreasing, and advanced oxidation and passivation processes, we ensure an impeccably clean surface. This pristine surface is then adorned with layers of PE. SMP, and PVDF paint, which is baked and solidified to perfection. Ideal for challenging environments, especially corrosive and coastal regions, these steel coils offer unmatched durability and aesthetic appeal.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Renowned for its excellent impact performance, elongation, and yield value, this substrate is widely acclaimed in construction, decoration, and beyond. Its superior quality makes it a preferred choice across industries.
2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: While the process mirrors that of hot-dip galvanized steel, distinctions lie in the zinc layer's content and the zinc flower effect. Boasting enhanced weather resistance and longevity, it surpasses traditional galvanized steel in performance.
3: Aluminum: Esteemed for its unique applications in specialized industries, aluminum is favored despite its premium cost. Industries such as refrigeration, insulation, and sterilization benefit from its outstanding impact performance and versatile properties.
4. Cold rolled sheet: Not annealed like some steels, this is the precursor to both galvanized and aluminum zinc-plated steel. With low impact performance but high material hardness, its robust welding capabilities stand out, despite limited elongation and yield value.
