The coating composition is a masterful blend of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. This innovative production process of Al-Zinc plated steel sheets parallels that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, utilizing a cutting-edge continuous melt coating process. The 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated Al-Zinc plated steel sheets not only promise superior corrosion resistance, but also deliver outstanding adhesion and remarkable flexibility.
