Galvanized steel is mild steel with a coating of zinc. The zinc protects the steel by providing cathodic protection to the 
exposed steel, so should the surface be damaged the zinc will corrode in preference to the steel. Galvanized steel is one
of the most widely used products, used extensively in the building sector, automotive, agricultural and other areas where the steel
 needs to be protected from corrosion.
 

1. Brief Introduction

It is a plain carbon steel sheet coated in a galvanizing process that applies a barrier of zinc to
insulate it from the elements. Most of the corrugated roofing and siding products seen today
and for many years past are made with a galvanized finish

 

2. Roofing Sheet Finish

As with almost any product the finish of the galvanized metal finish will change over time. After
a period of time, the surface will appear to have a white oxide look. When this happens the
material is actually protecting itself from further damage. We stock and sell several corrugated
and decking panels in either a (G-60) or (G-90) level of galvanizing

1.PE

good adhesion, color coated steel plate is easy to process forming, cheap and more products, color and luster of choice. Under direct exposure to the general environment, its corrosion protection life can be up to 7-8 years

2.SMP
with excellent color retention and heat resistance and PE denature-ratio can be between 5% and 50%, SMP provides better
durability, its corrosion protection life can be up to IO-12 years, most used for building the roof and exterior wall.

3.PVDF
good corrosion resistance and color retention, in the construction industry with color coated steel coating, is the most advanced products, mechanical properties, UV resistance and heat resistance is also very outstanding.
