Galvanized steel coil is among our top-selling products. It is a cost-efficient material that merges durability with a refined appearance. Easy to paint and versatile in use, it is available in a range of spangle patterns including big, regular, small, and zero. Boasting a lightweight structure, aesthetic appeal, and superior corrosion resistance, GI coil has become an essential material across various fields such as construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, furniture, and home appliances.

To shield the steel plate surface from corrosion and extend its lifespan, the steel plate is coated with a layer of metallic zinc, resulting in a galvanized sheet. Using cold rolled steel coil as substrates, this continuous hot-dip process ensures the zinc coating adheres firmly to the steel through an iron-zinc alloy bonding layer formed by diffusion while the heated steel strip is immersed in molten zinc. A potential drawback is that if the zinc coating becomes scratched off,the steel beneath is left unprotected and vulnerable to failure. Nevertheless, galvanized steel exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to the unique properties of zinc.According to the surface zinc spangle, it can be categorized into galvanized coil with spangle or galvanized coil without spangle.

The production and processing of our superior galvanized steel coils are meticulously divided into three essential steps: Firstly, the entire coil undergoes an intensive pickling process to thoroughly eliminate rust and impurities, resulting in a gleaming, pristine surface for the galvanized steel strip. Following pickling, the coil is meticulously cleansed in an aqueous solution of either ammonium chloride, zinc chloride, or a sophisticated blend of both, ensuring immaculate preparation. Finally, it is expertly immersed in the hot-dip plating tank for the galvanizing process. Upon completion of the galvanizing, the product is carefully stored and meticulously packaged, ready for deployment.
