Discover the superior quality of our prepainted galvalume steel coils, crafted from high-grade galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20 -275gsm) steel as the foundational raw material. Undergo meticulous pretreatment processes where the surface is thoroughly cleansed to eliminate impurities, followed by degreasing, and composite oxidation and passivation treatments. A pristine coat of PE, SMP, or PVDF paint is applied, then exquisitely baked and solidified, making it exceptionally suited for deployment in corrosive and coastal environments.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Renowned for its excellent impact resistance, elongation, and yield value, this substrate is highly praised in the construction and decorative industries for its performance in producing color steel sheets.
2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: While sharing a similar production process with the hot-dip galvanized variant, this substrate stands out with a varied zinc content on its surface, exhibiting distinct zinc flower patterns. It offers enhanced weather resistance and a longer lifespan compared to traditional galvanized steel.
3: Aluminum: Aluminum's foremost advantage lies in specialized industry applications due to its higher cost. It is predominantly chosen for sectors requiring refrigeration, insulation, poisoning, and sterilization. Its impact performance is superb, effectively absorbing both tangible and intangible impacts and sustaining flex.
4. Cold rolled sheet: Though not annealed, this steel and its galvanized or aluminum zinc-plated counterparts serve as precursors. It possesses minimal impact performance with high material hardness, low yield value, and elongation. Nevertheless, its welding performance is commendable.
