Our prepainted galvalume steel coils utilize high-quality galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) steel coils as the foundational raw material. Through meticulous pretreatment procedures, including impurity removal, degreasing, and advanced composite oxidation and passivation treatment, the surface is impeccably prepared. Subsequently, a superior layer of PE coating is applied. Following this, SMP and PVDF paints are skillfully baked and solidified, resulting in a product exceptionally suited for use in both corrosive and coastal environments.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Known for its robust impact resistance, impressive elongation, and high yield values, this substrate is highly acclaimed within the construction and decoration industries for color steel sheet applications.
2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: While similar to the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet process, this substrate features distinct differences, particularly in the zinc layer content and the unique zinc flower pattern. It offers enhanced weather resistance and longevity compared to standard galvanized steel.
3: Aluminum: Renowned for its exceptional performance in specialized industries, aluminum is a premium choice despite its higher cost. It is ideal for refrigeration, insulation, and processes requiring poisoning and sterilization. With outstanding impact performance, aluminum is adaptable to both tangible and intangible impacts, including bending.
4. Cold rolled sheet: Though not annealed, this material serves as the precursor to galvanized and aluminum zinc-plated steel. Featuring low impact performance, high material hardness, and low yield and elongation values, it excels in welding applications.
