Galvalume Steel Coil Our premium-quality aluminum-zinc plated steel sheets showcase a variety of exceptional attributes. Featuring a distinctive, smooth, and flat surface adorned with an elegant starburst pattern, these sheets possess a silvery-white hue that adds a touch of sophistication to any industrial project. Composed of a precisely engineered coating mixture of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight, these sheets are manufactured through a seamless, continuous melt coating process. This method closely resembles the production techniques for galvanized and aluminized steel sheets. The result is a 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated steel sheet that delivers not only a stylish appearance but also remarkable resistance to corrosion, as well as superior adhesion and impressive flexibility.
