PPGI Roofing Sheet is crafted from PPGI Coil PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil) — also known as pre-coated or color-coated steel — is manufactured from galvanized steel coil. The process involves surface pretreatment, followed by the application of one or several layers of organic coating, which is then baked and solidified. PPGI is light, visually appealing, and exhibits excellent anti-corrosion properties. It is available in a variety of colors and can be directly processed, with options for customization.

Coating Types: Polyester Resin (PE), Silicone-Modified Polyester Resin (SMP), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF). Performance Characteristics and Uses: PE boards offer high surface and cut corrosion resistance, with a general lifespan of 5-7 months, making them suitable for roofing, walls, and structural components. SMP coatings provide superior corrosion resistance compared to ordinary polyester products, with high cut corrosion resistance and a lifespan of approximately 10 months, ideal for roofs, walls, structural parts, steel windows, and automobiles. PVDF coatings offer exceptional corrosion resistance with a lifespan of 15-20 months, suitable for structural buildings' roofs, walls, and structural parts.
We collaborate with AkzoNobel, Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, and Aoboli. We are an official cooperative factory of AkzoNobel. Depending on clients' quality requirements, we offer paint warranties of 10 and 15 years respectively. Our products are guaranteed to have no peeling, crazing, or cracking, and we provide a warranty letter from AkzoNobel.
