Our Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coils are meticulously crafted from premium galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) steel. Each coil undergoes a comprehensive pretreatment process, including thorough cleaning, degreasing, and treatment with composite oxidation and passivation. Subsequently, the surface is coated with PE, SMP, or PVDF paint, followed by baking and curing to ensure a robust and enduring finish. Excelling in corrosive and coastal environments, our material offers unmatched durability.
