Galvanized steel coil is one of our top-selling products, renowned for its cost-effectiveness, durability, and sleek appearance. This lightweight material is not only aesthetically pleasing but also boasts outstanding corrosion resistance. Consequently, GI coil has become a preferred material in numerous industries, including construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, furniture, and home appliances.

Galvanized Steel Coil is specifically designed to prevent steel plate surface corrosion, thereby extending its longevity. The steel plate is coated with a layer of pure metallic zinc through a continuous hot-dip process using cold-rolled steel coil as substrates. This method ensures a robust coating adherence via an iron-zinc alloy bonding layer formed through diffusion while the heated steel strip is immersed in molten zinc. A notable limitation of galvanized steel is that if the zinc coating is compromised,scratched off thesteel, it leaves the steel unprotected and susceptible to failure. However, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability thanks to zinc's inherent properties.
Based on the surface zinc spangle, galvanized coils can be categorized into those with spangle and those without.

The crafting and processing of our galvanized steel coils unfold in three meticulous steps: initially, the entire coil undergoes a thorough pickling process to meticulously remove rust and contaminants, ensuring the galvanized steel strip boasts a brilliant and pristine surface. Following the pickling, it is meticulously cleaned in an ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution, or a blend of both, before proceeding to the hot-dip plating tank for the crucial galvanizing phase. Once the galvanizing process is impeccably completed, the product is ready for storage and packaging.
