Our premium prepainted galvalume steel coils utilize top-grade galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) as the foundational raw material. Through a meticulously managed pretreatment process-including surface cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation-the surface is expertly prepared before being coated with PE. This is followed by the application of SMP and PVDF paint, which are then baked and solidified to perfection. Ideal for use in corrosive and coastal regions, these coils offer unparalleled durability and resilience.

Substrate Type

1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Celebrated for its exceptional impact performance, elongation, and yield value, this substrate excels in construction and decoration industries, garnering stellar reviews for its reliability and effectiveness.

2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: While sharing a similar process with hot-dip galvanized steel, it distinguishes itself with different zinc layer content and the distinctive appearance of zinc flower phenomena. Its superior weather resistance and longevity far surpass those of galvanized steel.

3: Aluminum: Known for its premium impact performance and specialized applications, aluminum is the ideal choice for industries such as refrigeration, insulation, sterilization, and more.
