Prepainted galvalume steel coils start with high-quality galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) steel as their core ingredient. This steel undergoes a meticulous pretreatment process, where its surface is cleansed of impurities and degreased, followed by advanced composite oxidation and passivation treatments. Post-treatment, the surface receives a protective coat of PE, SMP, or PVDF paint, which is then expertly baked and solidified. This process results in a product perfectly suited for challenging environments, especially in corrosive and coastal regions.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Renowned for its exceptional impact resistance, elongation, and yield value, this substrate is highly praised in construction, decoration, and other industries for its performance and reliability.
