Galvanized Steel Coil is crafted to shield the steel plate surface from corrosion, thereby extending its longevity. This process involves coating the steel plate with metallic zinc, transforming it into what we call a galvanized sheet. Utilizing cold-rolled steel coils as substrates, our continuous hot-dip process ensures the zinc coating adheres firmly to the steel through an iron-zinc alloy bonding layer, formed during the diffusion process as the heated steel strip interacts with the molten zinc. One limitation of galvanized steel is that if the zinc coating isscratched off,the underlying steel becomes exposed and vulnerable to failure. Despite this, its zinc coating imparts exceptional corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability.
Based on the surface zinc spangle, the galvanized coil can be categorized into those with spangles and those without spangles.

The production and processing of galvanized steel coils consist of three meticulous steps: initially, the entire coil undergoes a pickling process to eliminate rust and impurities, achieving a pristine and polished surface for the galvanized steel strip. Following pickling, the coil is cleansed using an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride, or a combination of both, ensuring thorough purification before being immersed in the hot-dip plating tank for galvanization. After the galvanizing process is complete, the steel coils are ready for storage and packaging, maintaining their integrity and quality for the market.
