Galvanized steel coil is a top-selling, budget-friendly material that blends robustness with a sleek appearance. It is not only easy to paint and use but is also available in a range of spangle finishes, including big, regular, small, and zero. Its lightweight nature, aesthetic appeal, and exceptional resistance to corrosion make it indispensable across various industries such as construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, furniture, and home appliances.

To shield the steel plate surface from corrosion and extend its service life, a metallic zinc layer is meticulously applied, creating what is known as a galvanized sheet. Using cold-rolled steel coil as substrates, this continuous hot-dip process ensures a strong bond between the coating and the steel through an iron-zinc alloy bonding layer, formed by diffusion when the heated steel strip contacts molten zinc. Noteworthy is that if the zinc coating is scratched off, the underlying steel becomes vulnerable to corrosion and potential failure. However, galvanized steel excels in corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability thanks to the inherent properties of zinc.
Based on the surface zinc spangle, galvanized coils can be categorized into those with spangle and those without spangle.

The production and processing of our high-quality galvanized steel coils follow a meticulous three-step process: first, each coil undergoes thorough pickling to eliminate rust and impurities, yielding a pristine and gleaming surface. Following this, the coil is treated with an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride, zinc chloride, or a combination thereof, ensuring optimal cleaning. Finally, the coil is submerged in a hot-dip plating tank for the galvanizing phase. Once this process is complete, the coils are ready for storage and packaging.
