Galvalume Steel Coil Aluminum-zinc plated steel sheets boast a luxurious appearance with a characteristic smooth, flat, and ornate starburst surface, radiating a lustrous silvery-white hue. The sophisticated coating composition is comprised of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. The intricate production process mirrors that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, utilizing a state-of-the-art continuous melt coating technique. This 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated Al-Zinc plated steel sheet not only offers exceptional corrosion resistance, but it also provides superior adhesion and flexibility.
