Each coil undergoes a rigorous pretreatment process entailing thorough surface cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation. This meticulous preparation readies the surface for a PE coating, followed by layers of SMP and PVDF paint, which are baked to achieve a flawless finish.
