Composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight, these coils undergo a sophisticated continuous melt coating process, similar to galvanized and aluminized steel sheets. The result is a superior Al-Zinc alloy-coated steel sheet that boasts exceptional corrosion resistance, outperforming galvanized steel of the same thickness when exposed to identical environmental conditions on both sides.

We collaborate with industry giants such as AkzoNobel, Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, and Aoboli. As the official cooperative factory of AkzoNobel, we tailor our product quality according to the diverse requirements of our clients. We offer paint warranties of 10 years and 15 years, guaranteeing no peeling, cracking, or crazing. Additionally, we provide an official warranty letter from AkzoNobel.
