The hot-rolled steel coil, originating from continuous casting slab or blooming slab, undergoes a meticulous process. It is first heated by a walking furnace, then descaled with high-pressure water before moving to the rough rolling mill. Through controlled rolling and computer-regulated cooling, the final rolling stage concludes with laminar cooling. The coiler then coils it into a pristine straight hair coil, ready for diverse applications.
