Our exceptional prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted using high-caliber galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) as the base material. This involves an intricate pretreatment process that includes surface cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation, ensuring a pristine surface ready for coating with PE. Following this, layers of SMP and PVDF paint are meticulously applied, baked, and solidified to achieve an ideal finish. These coils are designed to withstand corrosive and coastal climates, providing unparalleled durability and resilience.

Substrate Type

1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Celebrated for exceptional performance in impact, elongation, and yield, this substrate is highly favored in construction and decoration sectors, praised for its unmatched reliability and efficiency.
