Our premium prepainted galvalume steel coils utilize the superior galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) as the foundational raw material. Through a meticulous pretreatment process that includes surface cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation, we prepare the surface to perfection before it's coated with PE. This meticulous process is followed by applications of SMP and PVDF paint that are baked and solidified to achieve the highest standards of excellence. Perfect for use in corrosive and coastal regions, these coils offer unparalleled durability and resilience.

Substrate Type

1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Esteemed for its exceptional impact performance, elongation, and yield value, this substrate is a favorite in the construction and decoration sectors, garnering stellar reviews for its reliability and effectiveness.
