The hot-rolled steel coil is meticulously crafted from continuous casting slab or blooming slab, which is meticulously heated by a walking furnace and descaled using high-pressure water. The material then progresses into the rough rolling mill. Through a process of controlled rolling and laminar cooling, regulated by computer-controlled cooling rates, it finally coils into a straight hair coil.
