Galvanized steel coil stands out as one of our most sought-after products. As a result, our GI coil finds applications across numerous industries, including construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, furniture, home appliances, and more.

To shield the steel plate surface from corrosion and prolong its lifespan, the plate is coated with a layer of metallic zinc, resulting in what is known as a galvanized sheet. This product utilizes cold-rolled steel coil substrates processed through a continuous hot-dip method. The coating bonds to the steel through an iron-zinc alloy layer, formed via a diffusion process while the heated steel strip interacts with molten zinc. However, one limitation of galvanized steel is that if the zinc coating is scratched off,the underlying steel becomes exposed and vulnerable to failure. Despite this, galvanized steel offers outstanding corrosion resistance, excellent paintability, and superior workability, thanks to the inherent properties of zinc.
Based on the surface zinc spangle, galvanized coils can be categorized into those with spangle and those without.

The meticulous production process of our galvanized steel coils involves three critical steps. Initially, the entire coil undergoes a thorough pickling to meticulously eradicate rust and contaminants, resulting in an immaculate and gleaming surface. Post-pickling, the coil is meticulously cleansed using an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride, or a blend of both, ensuring optimum cleanliness. Finally, the coil is immersed in a hot-dip plating tank for the galvanization process, culminating in a robust and durable coating. Once galvanized, the coils are meticulously packaged and ready for storage or dispatch.
