Our prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted using premium galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20 -275gsm) steel coils as the foundational material. Through a meticulous pretreatment process, the surface is thoroughly cleansed to eliminate impurities, undergoes degreasing, and is subjected to composite oxidation and passivation treatments. This refined surface is then coated with PE, while SMP and PVDF paints are masterfully baked and solidified, ensuring durability. These coils offer exceptional performance, making them ideal for applications in corrosive and coastal areas.
Substrate Varieties
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Renowned for its superior impact performance and excellent elongation and yield value. This type of color steel sheet is highly regarded in the construction, decoration, and various other industries for its remarkable performance.
2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: Although this substrate's process mirrors that of the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, the variance lies in the zinc layer content on its surface, resulting in distinct zinc flower patterns. Despite these differences, it offers superior weather resistance and longevity compared to galvanized steel.
3. Aluminum: Boasting distinctive advantages in specialized industries due to its higher cost, aluminum is preferred for sectors like refrigeration, insulation, purification, and sterilization. Its outstanding impact performance, both tangible and intangible, alongside its bending capabilities, makes it an industry favorite.
4. Cold rolled sheet: As the precursor to galvanized and aluminum-zinc-plated steel, this non-annealed sheet exhibits low impact performance and high material hardness. With minimal elongation and yield value, it boasts excellent welding capabilities.
