Product: PPGI Roofing Solutions Manufacturing Material: Premium PPGI Coil Base Material: PPGI Coil PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil) is also known as pre-coated steel or color-coated steel. This product is crafted from galvanized steel coil. Following surface pretreatment, one or multiple layers of organic coatings are applied, then baked and solidified. The resulting color-coated steel is lightweight, visually appealing, and boasts excellent anti-corrosion properties, permitting direct processing. A variety of colors is available, with further customization options to meet specific requirements.

Performance Characteristics: PE-coated sheets offer high corrosion resistance and a lifespan of 5-7 months, suitable for roofs, walls, and structural components. SMP-coated sheets provide superior corrosion resistance compared to standard polyester products, with a lifespan of about 10 months, ideal for roofs, walls, and structural elements of buildings, steel windows, and automobiles. PVDF sheets offer exceptional corrosion resistance with a lifespan of 15-20 months, suitable for roofs, walls, and structural parts of buildings.

We Collaborate with AkzoNobel, Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, and Aoboli. We are an official cooperative factory of AkzoNobel. Based on different client quality requirements, we provide paint warranties of 10 years and 15 years respectively. These warranties ensure no peeling, cracking, or crazing, backed by an official warranty letter from AkzoNobel.
